Dates For Your Diary
Some dates for our annual Christmas activities.  Christmas Fair, Sunday 7th December, 12 -3 pm.  Annual Table Quiz Sunday 28th December.  This is now back in Fenagh after two years away.  Saturday January 3rd Community Celebration.

Tidy Towns
Lines for our annual Christmas hamper draw will be on sale at the Visitor Centre and from committee members in the coming days.  Thanks to everybody who continues to use the Orange bin at Corrib Oil for Re-turn recyclables and to all who support us throughout the year through donations and supporting our fundraisers.

25 Cards

25 continues this Thursday at 8.30 in Fenagh Visitors Centre. Last weeks winners 1st place Lorcan Masterson and 2nd place Gerard Conlon. New players welcome as always. 

Leitrim Table Tennis Club
Leitrim Table Tennis Club are now meeting in Fenagh Community Centre. This is an adult-only club and is a great way to get some light exercise in a warm, friendly environment.   New beginners and experienced players welcome. Why not call in and try it out? Equipment is provided. The club meets every Tuesday night from 7:30 to 9:30 in Fenagh Community Centre N41 T6H9 (beside the Church).

Fenagh Visitor Centre

Parent & Toddler Group (max age 4)
Every Friday from 10am to 12pm at Visitor Centre with full use of the indoor play area. There will be toast, fresh fruit and juice for the children and tea/coffee and biscuits for the adults during the session. The session is a great opportunity for adults to mingle, swap stories and relax while the children play safely. Whether you are a mum, dad, grandparent or carer, you are most welcome! 

Befriending Visitation Service
Leitrim Calling would like to hear from people who would be willing to get involved as a volunteer on our Befriending Visitation Service – it is a one hour per week commitment visiting an older person in their home for company and chat.   Full training and support is provided.   For further details please contact:  Marion on  087 9585029 or email : leitrimcalling@gmail.com”

Menowell Leitrim

MenoWell Leitrim‘ is a free 6-week online expert-led and evidence-based lifestyle medicine-focused exercise, nutrition, and health education programme promoting wellness for women in all stages of adult life. It is designed to support, educate, and empower women in preparation for changes in midlife, for women experiencing the menopausal transition, and for supporting women in life after menopause. The ‘MenoWell Leitrim’ programme is designed and delivered by EduFIT and is free for women funded by Healthy Leitrim and the Department of Health. 

Ballinamore Camino 2026 Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers for next year’s Camino will be available at the Christmas Craft Fair on Sunday 23rd Nov 12-4pm and also from the Island Theatre.  They would make a great present for someone.  The Camino will take place on 11th July 2026 and there will be 3 route options (16km, 26km and 34km)

Donna Gilligan talk in Ballinamore
In this talk being hosted by Ballinamore Library on Wednesday 26th November at 7pm, Donna Gilligan explores the recent work of the “Leitrim Women Through Time” rural women’s history project, which set out to record women’s experiences of factory work in Leitrim during the period of 1930 – 2000. Free event and all welcome.
