Sympathy

Deepest sympathy is extended to the family and friends of JP Fanning, Drumlaheen who passed away recently.  May he rest in peace 

Handball Winners

A very big congratulations to Ciara Conlon and Kayla Crinnigan who won the u11 doubles Cumann na mbunscol Connacht final on Sunday in Salthill. Also to Sophie Kane who won the u13 singles Cumann na mbunscol Connacht final. A fantastic achievement representing their school , club and county. They now go on to also represent Connacht at the national Cumann na mbunscol finals day in Croke park on 18th February.Well done also to Ruairi McKiernan who played very well in the u13 singles but lost out. Well done to all the leitrim representatives on the day

Fenagh Drama Troupe

The Troupe are returning to the stage with a hilarious 3 act comedy, “Don’t Tell the Wife” written by Sam Cree. With lots of locals plus some new faces taking to the stage why not head to Fenagh Community Centre this Thursday, Friday & Saturday 1st, 2nd & 3rd February for a fun night out.  Doors open at 7:30pm with curtains at 8pm, tickets are €10 (cash only accepted) & are available at the door.

Fenagh Active Age

The Group will hold their next meeting on Monday 12th February at 3pm in Fenagh Visitor Centre – it will be nice to see all our members again after the Christmas break. New members always welcome to join us 

 

Clothes Collection:

There will be a clothes recycling collection in St. Caillin’s N.S. on Monday February 12th.  Please donate all your clean unwanted clothes, bed linen, towels, curtains, shoes, bags, belts and soft toys (no duvets or pillows please). Please drop off your bags during school hours or after school hours, any day before February 12th or drop off inside the school wall anytime. Every bag counts.

 

Handball Cards

25 card drive continues this Thursday in Fenagh Visitor Centre at 8.30pm with nightly prizes and league prizes. All proceeds to Fenagh Handball Club. New players welcome. Last week’s winners after a playoff were 1st Michael McGovern 2nd Pat Joe Greenan

 

Photography Exhibition

Fenagh Visitor Centre is delighted to host “Back to the Pueblo”, a photography exhibition by Lluvia Ramirez, which opened on Friday the 19th of January. The exhibition is free. All welcome.


Fenagh Book Club

Fenagh book club meet one Wednesday per month in Fenagh Visitor Centre. Our next date is Wednesday 7th February at 7.30 to discuss Roman Stories by Jumpha Lahiri. New members always welcome.

Weekday Walks
The Fenagh Visitor Centre staff are taking part in the Leitrim GAA’s #50MilesChallenge in January. Every Tuesday & Wednesday in January at 11am we will do a 5km walk from the Visitor Centre. We welcome you to join us.

Yoga with Kate
Yoga with Kate continues in Fenagh Community Centre Wednesdays at 8pm. €50 for 6 sessions or €10 per session. To book contact
